Here's the presentation of obvious but arcane trivia which makes it seem that just about any percolative nanocomposite (e.g. the many BT nanocomposites mentioned in the literature and described in Wei Wang's Master's thesis* often made with epoxy resin, Carlos Peccharoman's nickle powder/BT nanocomposite, etc.) is capable of achieving significantly high ED which could be applied to grid leveling or electric vehicle batteries.
