NAATBatt's 2013 Annual Meeting and Symposium, entitled "Measurement, Management and Control of Advanced Battery Systems",  will be held on January 16-18, 2013, in Austin, Texas.  Among other things, the Symposium will include a workshop on maritime applications for advanced batteries and a presentation on energy trading and electricity storage.  Click here for more details about the program.

Not for $1500 a pop!  And their emphasis this year will be on battery management systems- which is a good thing!- rather than on the different battery chemistries at this point.
